Trust in Destination
Whenever you board a bus, the destination is always confirmed. You can see people asking, "By what time we will reach there? Or how long will it take to reach there?" Means the destination is there. Reaching there is confirmed.
I have asked a medical student in a medical college, are you a doctor? He replied yes, but for saying so it takes one more year. The day he got the admission in the college, he was sure to be a doctor.
Why don't in life people are assured of being successful. Reaching the destination. Getting what they want in life. The simple reason is that they do not have the trust in destination. They don't have a fixed destination. Instead of boarding a bus, they roam about on bus stop, asking which bus will go. How can we reach there? Is it sure that it will reach there?
And many a good people just fascinate or fear of the vehicles and ways, without deciding the destinations.
Are you not one of them?
Congratulations!!! You are not one of them. But do you have trust in your destination?
People don't have trust in destination for:
1. They don't choose the right vehicle. This means they do what they don't like. The work which is not suitable for them or they are not suitable.
2. They start loving and securing the vehicle and seat instead of journey and destination. They focus on job than on work. They always work to secure their jobs and they start feeling it as a life goal, instead of a way to achieve their goals. The way to reach the destination.
3. They don't feel that working there is their decision. They unable to take the onus or responsibility of the decision of accept the work they are doing. They feel it a force of either circumstance, reference or choose something good to take a skip door from taking responsibility.
4. They do not trust the driver. They take him as incompetent. There is lack of trust, a feeling of responsibility and relationship between organisation (employer) and employee.
5. They always focus on other passengers, not on their own destination. You can evidence best practice humour, where people are running for different destinations but taking all as running in their competition. If not than they keep stranger to co traveler and take them so.
6. They lack patience. There was a person traveling by the bus. He got it confirmed at the beginning that the bus will take four hours to reach his destination. But every five minutes he kept on checking his wrist watch and asking from others by every fifteen minutes for how much is remaining.
7. They don't aware of the places or mile stones traveled or passed on the way. In school every year we are shifted to next class, which is the acknowledgment of moving higher. But in normal life people unable to mark the miles stones. In absence of it they don't enjoy and felt achieved for what they got.
8. They always expect the executive class while paying the fare for economy class. Always expecting more than they give or pay.
9. They keep on changing their destination before they reach the first one or unable to acknowledge reaching their in focusing on next one.
To have a successful and enjoyable journey one must have trust in destination; enjoy the journey and milestones in between. Be true and honest to self and run his race with helping others in reaching their destinations. This is winning, winning together.
Entrepreneurship is a Decision
Every year thousands of people start their business but only a few could survive by the end of year. I meet the successful people and those also who surrendered in between. Meeting all the people, I found that both have worked hard, all have done whatever is needed to run a good business.
Both the sides have the same market, same challenges, and possessing good knowledge. They all worked hard, similar working works, though the non survivors have more working hours. Than what is lacking between the two. In some cases the good investment and family support was not good enough to taste the success.
I read many books, study many great successful people and found a golden rule, the mantra of success. The golden rule as a road map to success. The compass to correct the direction, always. I found that "Entrepreneurship is a decision." Entrepreneurship is about visualizing a clear success. A clear vision and image of a beautiful tomorrow. A decision to creating it.
I learn what they decided. A decision, though looking simple but was carrying the seeds of prosperity and growth. The way to work. The constitution, the correcting measure. Some words with confidence and passion. Words to taking onus, the responsibility for all. The words are, "This is my decision or I have decided this"
The decision was consist of following promises. The promise saying that I have taken;
1. A decision of self discipline, to be accountable for my every action.
2. A decision to not to stop until I reach the destination
3. A decision of doing right things.
4. A decision for creating new opportunity for people to work.
5. A decision of understanding the needs of people and providing in time solutions for the same.
6. A decision of being leader, creating ripple effects.
7. A decision of thinking new and innovative ideas.
8. A decision to be successful, making own ways though not reinventing wheel.
9. A decision to raise the bar of perfection with continuous improvement.
10. A decision to value the time.
11. A decision to build relations and dealing human first.
12. A decision to be good ears. The ears which are open to all, either to self or to others.
13. A decision to think possibilities only.
14. A decision to take in time actions.
15. A decision to be an initiator always. Counting my actions.
16. A decision to communicate understanding.
17. A decision to understand the two Golden rules of nature, "What you saw that you reap" and " There is a time between sawing and reaping."
18. A decision to be a source. A source of happiness, love, gratitude, forgiveness, appreciation and encouragement. A source of being a solution always.
Where a decision carries these strengths, the success is a guarantee. The success is winning, winning together.
LEADZ, Five Steps to Success
Human success is the primary focus from centuries. All the way we try to find the better reasons and methods to be more successful. To understand people, thinkers study the life of successful people and that of failures too. The life of successful people to repeat what they do and that of failures to avoid what they commit. The nature taught of the law of interdependence and what you reap is what you saw.
When I search and read lives of different many people from the top achievers to a common man, I was surprised. The steps and process is almost same irrespective of field and height of success or achievement. The age becomes immaterial. I am sharing with you that five step formula, which can lead any average person to high level success.
The steps are easy to understand and follow by any person, in any circumstances. They are in consonance of natural laws.
The first is Love. Loving every person for the sake of loving only. The belief in human potential. Love is so powerful and most needed emotion in every era. The need of love can be seen in plants and animals even. Foremost is to love self.
Next is Encouragement. Encouragement to do the right things and improve on limitations. When a child tries to stand first time in life, stand and walk first step with stumble, everybody encourage him to do so. That mere encouragement leads to the walk of many lives from childhood to reach many heights.
Food is the need of every human to live, so as Appreciation to grow in life. People can live without food but cannot without appreciation. The hunger of appreciation is stronger than that of food. People are more introduced by don'ts than by dos. More we appreciate the people for right things, more we attract the right things in our life.
Development should be the nucleus of every action and thought. There should be clarity on the meaning of understanding. Asking repeatedly, "Why am I doing this? What is my purpose of doing this? Does it take me a step ahead towards my purpose?"
A body without breath and action without Zeal is dead. The zeal, the enthusiasm, completes the thread of development. Encouragement and Appreciation are incomplete without the zeal. Zeal makes the things 100%. Zeal is the energy needed to reach any destination in life.
To summarise Love, Encouragement, Appreciation, Development and Zeal are the steps to take or focus to achieve anything in life.
Our Mission should be "do the Encouragement and Appreciation with Love and Zeal to let the people Develop and grow at their fullest, as every living being is gifted with a unique identity and virtue by the God."
What is Parenting?
Giving birth to a baby, providing good education, a good career and provision of other day to day facilities. It can be extended to their marriage. Is this all a parenting? if not, than what is parenting? What is known as good up bringing? How the responsibility of this does different from that of school?
When first time I faced these wonderful questions, I have tried to find the replies of it from my childhood. From the lives of my uncles, neighbours and parents of my school mates. To understand this great word, I requested my mother and elder sister to share some of our childhood stories. I visited some schools and learn some fine things from the teachers, especially from the primary teachers.
I got expansion to this definition. I have searched some literature and seek the understanding of my colleagues and brothers. In the last not the least I asked some questions to my angel daughters of age five and six.
I learned that parenting is a system of giving responsible citizens to the nation and human to world at large. A responsibility to shape your creation beautifully and an ideal for others. I am sharing what I learnt from all the above time investment. The parenting is
1. To provide the basic needs of life viz. good food, good shelter, good clothes and a hygienic environment.
2. To provide a good school education. Teaching the difference between education and literacy. Understanding the life and living.
3. To develop the right habits. The use of gifted right to respond.
4. To be the role model of your child. Live as you wish to see your child in future.
5. To demonstrate values, morals and ethics. The power of giving and sharing.
6. To develop right paradigms, attitude and metaphours. Creating good belief system
7. To provide a right thinking process and teaching power of words. Be emotionally strong.
8. To teach the history as good lessons, a development process and gratitude towards our ancestors.
9. To teach them importance of asking right question and teach them how to ask those questions.
10. To nurture them with the love, appreciation, encouragement and develop them with passion.
11. To be the bridge between their present and their future. Be helpful and unhelpful as needed by time and events.
12. To share a quality time with them. Providing attention at the right time.
13. To help them in understanding relations and their contribution in shaping their life. The responsibility of a good neighbour.
14. To give them leverage in understanding religion, the way and importance of worship, its relationship with spirituality, humanity and growth of life.
15. To develop good rituals and understanding of culture.
16. To teach them value of time, money and communication. Their role and importance. Their use and abuse.
17. To teach them to be aware and to be on the track of self improvement always. Understanding the nature and its laws. The law of change. The golden rule of "what you saw that you reap."
18. To develop a high self esteem.
The list can never be exclusive but is an inclusive one. The points enumerated above are the foundation of a good human society. A bliss life of your loved ones.
When the parenting becomes an oath to be responsible for all the acts of your child and grow them as above, it will be winning, winning together.

Humanity Day
The September Eleven popular as nine eleven, a day remembered for an inhuman act. A day of a human tragedy, full of pain and agony, resulting in anger, hatred and anxiety. A question mark asking are we evolved to be known as civilized society. A question challenging our power of learning, learning from two world wars and Hiroshima Nagasaki.
The question is asked at a large to all schools, religious groups and institutions, government and NGO’s. The question is, “Do we remember this day as a monument of hatred and inhuman act? Does this not do the purpose of those who wishes to spread the hatred? Do we wish to heritage such hatred and inhuman act for next generation? Which fruits do you expect from a plant nurtured on revenge and hatred?”
Another question is whispered from a very powerful human act of consolidation. Is this act has not taken the whole civilized society together? How could you reward and recognize the selfless effort of those who helped and supported at that time of crises? Is making this day a symbol of hatred, not an injustice to those efforts? Engraving another black patch in the history of mankind.
Let’s reply to these entire questions. Let’s change the definition and way to reply all inhuman acts. Celebrate the human values and services of all those who had served and pray for the affected one by celebrating this day as “HUMANITY DAY”
The day on which we can visualize the picture of world as a global family. We do an act of humanity to unknowns, considering a member of global family. We organize the group prayer at one time all across the world. We celebrate together and show that any day power of good over evil, love over hatred and society over exile is mightier. Spread the peace and harmony.
Don’t let the future generation ask, “What happened on that day?” Let them gift with a festival of love, where reason of celebration is louder than anything.
A son of a soldier is challenging “BORDER”:
One little child beating a line
Asking very loud, what crime is mine
My childhood is vacant, my mother's age is flying
My father is with you, my grand mother is dying
You may be too strong, I am a tough guy
You have big army, I have to try
You give many right, but you cannot be right
I defeat you one day, you may be might
You pride of many, your face is odd
Your creator is men, not created by God
With strength of love, forgiveness in my heart
Peace and patience, human is the first
O! Border of nations, caste and creed
One day I will win, defeating fear & greed.
Let’s announce 9/11 Humanity day and find right and new ways to revenge the hatred and inhuman acts.
This will be winning, winning together.

Leadership Re Engineering - A new Look
Do our eyes still getting the leaders who use the word “WE” and they really mean it. After reaching a door, a confidence visualize on the face of everyone apprehending everything is right now. Where morals are unchallengeable. The voice came as a command of a heart to heart, not a position to motive.
As everything is changing from character to personality, the same is with leadership. The new theme of leadership is more a subjective than a universal quality. The saver of the self is a leader than a saver of a ship. The purpose, opportunity, power, money, skills to play with resources and position are more attractive and influenced qualities of a leader now. Individual benefits have a more weight than to group benefits. The leadership with core qualities is a matter of worship and knowledge sharing than that of a living.
But the leadership in every changing environment is the answer to every pain of a common man. The person, who can initiate a solution and can practice it at the same time, is the expected image of a leader. The acts of whom can be evident equally for the call of inner character and outer personality. Human are not the subject matter of any mechanism but a matter of love, trust and security. A portrait of pains and pleasures, thoughts and actions. The leadership is a quality of a human to live an ideal life to let other do the same. An inspiration for solution, a ray of light in darkest situations.
If the leadership is by counting followers, sorry we are discussing something else. If this is about position, yet an illusion. In the corporate world even, the micro management is required in the absence of leadership in depth only. Lacking of leadership in working hands. The absence of synchronization and impure communication. The conflict of trust and interest.
Leadership is about creating happy, trustworthy and encouraging environment on human values. The onus to take the responsibilities of the team not searching the doors to abscond. No more blame game as seen in recession. How could a leader can sleep and enjoy when the team is on fire?
Leadership of this century is not the leadership of pyramid but that of equality. Although the basic necessity is yet the first call of every civil society today but the new generation is having a new image of a leader. The new definition of leadership. The leadership re engineering.
Leadership re engineering require the basic understanding of others empathetically. The understanding of pain of a common man and providing solution for the same. If not the complete than subsidize it with some other greater pleasure. The leadership which is reachable and accountable. The transparent. The leadership which can lead the river of individual goals and development to the ocean of organizational and social goals. Retaining the human values and ethics. Leadership is to develop the farms for today and grow the trees for tomorrow.
A leader who can visualize the dream of a peaceful and prosper global family। No positions, no money involvement, no powers but purity of intentions, thoughts and action as priority. Treating the human first. This leadership will create the winning atmosphere for all, the winning together.

झूठ प्रथा लालची है काबिल, अवसरवादी चाल हुई है
प्रेम बंट रहा गलियारों में, सबमें बाँट बटोर हुई है
छोटी रहे मंजिलें बड़ी है, अंतर पर धूल जमी हुई है
शिक्षा पैसा, शिक्षा व्यवसाय, शिक्षा से रोज़ी चली हुई है
मल मल दुनिया देखे अचरज, लक्षी सरस्वती यूँ मिली हुई है
दोनों की छाया यूँ काली, मानवता कही पर धसी हुई है
भ्रम एक देखा नया अनोखा, कल में जी के, कल के लिए जीता

बियाबान परिवार हो रहे, प्रेम प्यार के अभाव हो रहे
सब पर राजयोग यूँ छाया, बच्चों पर दासों के प्रभाव हो रहे
यूँ आज़ादी मनाये जननी जनक सब, संस्कारों की छलनी हुई है
झूठ प्रथा लालची है काबिल, अवसरवादी चाल हुई है
प्रेम बंट रहा गलियारों में, सबमें बाँट बटोर हुई है
छोटी रहे मंजिलें बड़ी है, अंतर पर धूल जमी हुई है
शिक्षा पैसा, शिक्षा व्यवसाय, शिक्षा से रोज़ी चली हुई है
मल मल दुनिया देखे अचरज, लक्षी सरस्वती यूँ मिली हुई है
दोनों की छाया यूँ काली, मानवता कही पर धसी हुई है
भ्रम एक देखा नया अनोखा, कल में जी के, कल के लिए जीता
जोड़े हर दम उस घर की खातिर, वों घर जो वह कभी न पिरोता
बीज संजोता, पौधे संजोता, धरती मलवे में धसी हुई है
विचार बिक रहे बाज़ारों में, कलमों की न पहचान हो रही
पल पल बनती बिकती मर्यादा, राज़, राज और ताज हो रही
हवा चल रही अनजानी यह कैसी, हर रिश्ते में विश्वास की कमी हुई है
मन की चंचलता ने अब, खुद का है उदगार किया
नयनों की इस पीड़ा का, शब्दों के रूप में प्रचार किया

सपने तो निगाहें देखती थी मेरी
रातों को कोई और जगता था
मेरे बढने की ख्वाईश तो कइयोँ को थी
मेरे बढने में पसीना उनका ही था
माँ बाप के सपनों की समझ थी मुझे
पर उनके सपनों का आभास ना था
वो सख्त जुबान, दिल था नरम
कभी छोड़ता विश्वास और प्रयास न था
मुझे ज्ञान, समझ, विश्वास दिया
मुझे जीने का आधार दिया
पग पग हैं बढते कदम मेरे

हाथों में माँ सा प्यार लिए

कुछ तो जल गए ज्ञान की ज्योति, कुछ कर्म की भट्टी तपाए

कुछ तप तप हो गए सूर्य गगन का, कुछ बूंदों से बादल बनाये
धरती पाए दोनों से जीवन, दोनों से हरी हो जाए

I am with you, give me your hand
I am physically meager, but strong at will
I care for you, don't let you ever ill
I practice good habits, protect you day & night
You are life of all, I don't let people fight
Trees and soil protect you, you keep the mother fertile
You live in mountains & river, I do not let them spoil
I spread the happy thinking, don't let the air to warm
I share & live in present, no past no future storm

The most of the successful people in world are good team players. They are into helping others in achieving more. They know how to create a set where the needs of others are pure sub set of their own set. They help other people by providing solutions for their needs and challenges.
All the big business people help other people for earning their livings, necessities for their responsibilities; provide them a sense of security, some too have enhancement of skills and experience in this process. They keep them moving with the motivation of reaching the milestones of their lives. By doing this, they also got their ambitions fulfilled.
A manufacturer deploy the sources of self and other people and creates a finish product, market them with the use of other’s network (the C& F or some marketing organisation), uses the capital and efforts of other people, it may traders or retailers which includes their time and got his road map worked out. He educates and trains other people for doing respective duties. In all, people work and he organizes the things in such a manner that he enjoys his aspirations and dreams.
Inside the organisation, a senior do the same to get his growth by creating a sense of excitement or insecurity in others to complete his own road map.
All earn as per their role, risk capacities and decisions.
But in the entire above something is missing in many cases or most of the cases. In running for livings, life is lacking. Everybody, excluding some exceptions, is running in a rat race with a feeling to have earned high but without calculating the reciprocating cost paid for the same. This rat race had faded their purposes to work. Their first reason to rise in time and getting to work in time.
One is enjoying because many are working.
Is it important to be rich or to be wealthy? The wealth, which is perpetual. The wealth which includes assets of comfort, happiness, time, relations and above all helping other. Developing others by playing as a role model. Rightly said by a great man “a seed not only germinates other seeds but it opens and develops into a tree also”
There are well proven systems, having quality to create successful people. All other things remaining same of above story except here all are working and enjoying together. The road map is carved so beautifully that it provides life and livings to all.

Life & Livings...
Some questions do haunt many times. These are:
Knowing what you know about the jobs or businesses, do you still wish to be part of them only? Is this an ideal life you are looking for yourself? Do you feel secured? Is your family secured, if this is your last day? Would it be any time in life you can feel secured? Do you wish to have legacy for your family? Are you really enjoying this moment of life? If not, when would you decide? When would you begin?
Someone inside replies me like this:
Life is always uncertain and time as super perishable, people unable to find a path to achieve the above. The dreams of reality transform to fantasies and we never came to know about this transformation. People start “not believing the dreams or dreaming”.
Don’t be one of them!
Being in the incarnation as human, every individual is a part of God. But these bodies of human, many social responsibilities are attached with. Many dreams and aspirations take control of our thoughts and actions.
Every individual require some finances to take care of self livings and of their family. These finances shoot up high when some big dreams, luxuries, comfort and social standards and missions attached with.
Every being as an intellect is ambitious to have some recognition and status. A time for self and family. Wishes to be a part of important functions of family and help near ones in the time of challenges. Be a part of solutions, and respected by all for humility and intelligence.
A dream house, a good vehicle, a leisure valley, an international trip, a vast knowledge and deep wisdom. Some specially blessed people with the high awareness and responsibility carry long vision, big mission; a role model for their children, spouse and near ones. Security for self and legacy for generations.
I am grateful to you for giving me this opportunity to find such a blessed in you. Please accept my humble gratitude for this.
I have searched and found something amazing. Something based on natural laws and human values. This is global. Ancient in its existence. I crossed the limits of; is it for me or not, what do the people will say. I came up high from comfort zones to be remaining in comfort zones. I have started rising my bars. Because my core importance and focus was lying in answers to the above. In the meaning of the above.

फोटो भगवान् की
पेड़ के नीचे पड़ी फोटो भगवान् की, कह रही थी कहानी अपमान की
विचारों का अन्तर में अभाव रहा होगा , शर्मिंदा करती कृत्य पर इसान की
जिन हाथों ने पूजा उन्ही ने तिरस्कारा बेवक्त बेसहारा किया हमसे किनारा
मन्नतें मांगीं, घी दीपक जलाया, हर गुर्ब्बत में अपनी था हमको मनाया
तस्वीर थी नाशुक्री की, लालच की पहचान की, शर्मिंदा करती कृत्य पर इंसान की
प्रौड़ में आया ,यह बचपन से यौवन, तन हुआ वृद्ध अब करता है रोवन
कई पेड़ खाली, भटके है माली, तरसे है बूंदों को सावन का धोवन
"ह्रदय" छत है यह किसी ऊँचे मकान की, कह रही थी कहानी अपमान की
एक ठिठुरती रात बस में
धुंध भरी रातों में, पड़ते हुए पालों में,
जब सो जाते हैं दुबक के घर में
गोद किसी की जगती है, ज़िन्दगी तो चलती है
निगाहें देख पाती नहीं, राहें नज़र आती नहीं
इक हिम्मत मंजिल की ओर बढती है, ज़िन्दगी तो चलती है
ठिठुरती हुई ज़िन्दगी, बैठती थी किसी कोने में,
तापने को तन कोई भीगते बिछौने में
चाय की भट्टी जलती है, जिन्दगी तो चलती है
केवल दौलत चलाती नहीं, सिर्फ़ ज़रूरत यह काम कराती नहीं
यह काम है किसी देव का , रातें तो यूँ जगती नहीं
"ह्रदय छोड़ सबको मंजिलों पर,
मंजिल की ओर बढती है ज़िन्दगी तो चलती है

pain or person
Raghav is a decent man, a thoughtful entrepreneur and big dreamer. Always caring, happy and helpful to all. For this he is taken for granted by many of his known s and relatives. As a routine he used to meet some of his professional colleagues, who were working with some companies. He is always of a strong opinion that self employment is the best way to earn the livings and live a life happily.
One day he visited Tarun for a casual meeting. As of nature he suggested him to start a side business also. He offered him a joint venture. He came to know first time that Tarun is also looking for something but don't dare to risk his salary. Not mentally prepare to take the risk of the monthly fixed salary, he is getting from his job.
The same day he met Suresh, a common friend. He discussed the same thing there also. Suresh was also uneasy in his job but not ready to leave the salary at the same time.
The days have past and on his frequent visits, some interest was started developing in both. One day he offers a common meeting to them. They both had accepted the proposal happily. The Suresh is having many contacts in market and being in same field the execution was left with Tarun and Raghav.
Raghav and Suresh have started working and were getting some positive wipes from the market. As the contracts were to sign Raghav called both the partners and told them to draft the understanding in writing. When he discussed the things again, he came to know that both his upcoming partners have a difference of opinion in relation to prior decided terms, specially on financial understanding. He tried to make them understand but nothing came fruitful. Raghav decided to come out of the venture.
They had given the time and tried to make Raghav understood, but Raghav was in dilemma on practice, reality and ethics. He discussed this with his near two people and narrated the things as a story to them. Both were agreed with Raghav and he continued with his decision.
In another two three days, as a routine he visited that area and Tarun also. They both have the tea together. But Raghav felt that Tarun is a bit uneasy. He is not the same Tarun as before. Taking it natural, he moved out of his chamber.
When he was coming out the room of Tarun, Ankush (working in Tarun's office) asked him, "Is it not broken in between you people? I have heard that some financial matter had broken your partnership."
Raghav asked him, "Who has told you? "
He said, "returning from that meeting Tarun had told him."
Raghav accepted. The face of Ankush was having some more to ask. Raghav made him comfortable.
What do you want to ask Ankush, come directly?
How could you met a person, with whom your dream project came to an end? How could you come together, when you just ended a venture in disagreement ?How could you meet such a person so comfortable as before?
Raghav smilingly replied "Dear ! This is me who have decided to do the partnership with them. I must have seen some qualities and strength in them prior to offer the venture. How could they all vanished, only on one thing that we unable to come on a common financial understanding. They are still there in them. I may not deal financially again or take some more care. But as a person I must respect those qualities in them. People are like sweet lemon water and that is the way the life is tasty"
"Everybody must have hurt you one time in life, its upon you to live with pain or person" Living with people is winning together.

बचपन बुढापा संग संग देखा, अंगुली से अंगुली पकड़ते देखा
न जाने किसको किसने थामा, पर संग संग हँसते खेलते देखा
दोनों के जीवन में बरसों, इक जाने को, इक आने को
दोनों को इच्छा अपनों की, दोनों को प्यार में बंटते देखा
इक अंकुर, इक माली, हर उपवन को महकते देखा
दोनों सागर, दोनों बूंदें, 'ह्रदय' दोनों में जीवन को देखा
जीवन को सरिता करना है

Negative attitude ?
You are carrying a negative attitude. A remark of shocking surprise and full of frustration for me. Most embarrassing at the same time. I was feeling to kill the person or hit very badly.
But somebody asked from my inside, "Are you not?"
Amazing question to keep me silent for sometime.
The reply was, yes I am. When just a simple negative line from another person provoked me so high inside, although calm on my face, I am really carrying a negative attitude.
I have started to learn this feeling from different experience and emotional juggling in my inside.
How do I feel when somebody push me in a high rush bus or a road side? What are the things come to my focus at first when I move to a restaurant, for some window shopping? A good work or a mistake? What do I see first when somebody ask me for my professional opinion on his work or work of some other person ? If somebody gets enter in queue wrongly, How do I react? Do I able to make myself comfortable in a training of a person, to whom I do not take an authority or felt incompetent? How do I react on proved wrong? How do I take conflict of interest?
At the red light on a late day to office. Waiting on a bank cashier window. When somebody uses me for the good faith. When I feel, being used and so on...
Many feelings many events. And all are not free from negative emotions.
I learn from that day to change each of my experience into a good one. Giving good memory account to the mind. The use of all the time going wasted.
I learn to win from inside and outside, I learn winning together.

Forgiveness
Forgiveness...
A quality of a human, a prayer to god, a way to love by motherhood. A way to get rid of all the miseries and sorrows. To have a strong relationship. To be happy always.
How does this forgiveness completes? Is there any process of doing it? What are the steps ?
When I seek the apology, the forgiveness, it means I have done it wrongly. It may be intentionally or unintentionally. The acceptance of something happened wrong, taking the responsibility of the same. A promise of "I do not repeat". Facing the fears from the front. An act of boldness, not of proud.
Giving right to the other whether he accepts it or not. It's a seeking mode. The request, not a demand or an order. It carry the humbleness The submissiveness. But do we ask the "Sorry " with the same feelings and promise.
When somebody requests you to forgive him. It is your duty to forgive the other person. Whether he does carry the above qualities or not. The person who forgive is always at the upper hand. The giver is always at high altitude having high attitude. Having the emotions to lift the other up, not your own ego. Forgiving is incomplete without forgetting. One should not repeat the event or anything of it to anyone, including himself. The forgiveness without forgetting is fake and incomplete. It's illusion to self.
When you accept others with such forgiveness and seek it from others in such a manner, its winning - winning together.

Live every day winning inside out. Winning together.
When I studied Maslows Hierachy Needs, it was a course., a subject. The importance was only from examination point of view. With every day passing from there, and now after more than one and a half decade, it is looking more relevant to me.
In India, a land of love and emotions, in so called undeveloped India, the beginning of primary need or the needs for which people were living was from middle to top on that graph.Nobody was beginning from the bottom one.
People were living more for family, friendship, respect for others and self. The social development was in such a wonderful way that everything was having a particular time and every achievement was a celebration. The morality was guaranteed. The top of the need.
Now today, when we felt developed, everybody is working on the basic two needs. They are so occupied in those two needs that feeling of top three is looking vanished from their lives People are working for security, for basic needs i.e food, shelter, clothing etc. etc... No time to think or feel that we have stepped down on that hierarchy needs which starts from physiological to self actualisation.
The mythology and the preaching of the elders in the family was the foundation of that society. People were living there, for relations, morality, family and society. Today we are leaving all. Life is a vicious circle. We have followed the so called developed nations and stepped down to bottom line. And there after getting all in the physiological needs and safety, they moved to upper levels. More we are focused on bottom lines higher we develop insecure.
The people, who work for distinctions or full marks, do never feel insecurity to qualify. The base of every human society is relation, family, morality and self actualization. Is it the right time to stop and think, when would you start your journey to the top needs ?
The day you begin , the satisfaction of your lower ones is an auto process.
It would be living every day winning inside out. Winning together.

Life is the best teacher
Life is the best teacher, provided, one should be a good student.
Today in the era of information and technology, people are more confident on the information than on the practical experience. The lack of integrity always doubt the surety of the possible outcome. We are more dependent on the maps which shows the roads and bridges but misses the uneven patches and the speed breakers.
One day on a dense foggy day, I was traveling in a public transport. The driver was at his average normal speed, which was looking very high that day, but was safe. I asked him, " How could you drive so good in these days even?"
He replied, " Sir ! I am driving it for last thirty years. All the road, lights, speed breakers and different stoppages are even known to my hands and feet also."
This is what a life can teach, not the theories.
