मथ दे माहि अंतर तक मोहे , तेरा मथया खाली ना जाए
कितने हो गए पीर पैगम्बर, कितने महलों में बसाए

कुछ तो जल गए ज्ञान की ज्योति, कुछ कर्म की भट्टी तपाए
कुछ तो नाचे तेरी मस्ती में, कुछ की हस्ती पे लोग नचाए

कुछ तप तप हो गए सूर्य गगन का, कुछ बूंदों से बादल बनाये
धरती पाए दोनों से जीवन, दोनों से हरी हो जाए

मथ दे `ह्रदय' यूँ अंतर तक माहि, कोई व्यथा न छुपी रह जाए
भर दे कृष्ण कृपा से झोली , मन विषयों से खाली हो जाए

I practice good habits, protect you day & night

Trees and soil protect you, you keep the mother fertile

In the morning, a rainy day
Sun is there, but not sunny day

I met the money in the mall

Two jokers are sitting together
No words but making fun

The most of the successful people in world are good team players. They are into helping others in achieving more. They know how to create a set where the needs of others are pure sub set of their own set. They help other people by providing solutions for their needs and challenges.

All the big business people help other people for earning their livings, necessities for their responsibilities; provide them a sense of security, some too have enhancement of skills and experience in this process. They keep them moving with the motivation of reaching the milestones of their lives. By doing this, they also got their ambitions fulfilled.

A manufacturer deploy the sources of self and other people and creates a finish product, market them with the use of other’s network (the C& F or some marketing organisation), uses the capital and efforts of other people, it may traders or retailers which includes their time and got his road map worked out. He educates and trains other people for doing respective duties. In all, people work and he organizes the things in such a manner that he enjoys his aspirations and dreams.

Inside the organisation, a senior do the same to get his growth by creating a sense of excitement or insecurity in others to complete his own road map.

All earn as per their role, risk capacities and decisions.

But in the entire above something is missing in many cases or most of the cases. In running for livings, life is lacking. Everybody, excluding some exceptions, is running in a rat race with a feeling to have earned high but without calculating the reciprocating cost paid for the same. This rat race had faded their purposes to work. Their first reason to rise in time and getting to work in time.

One is enjoying because many are working.

Is it important to be rich or to be wealthy? The wealth, which is perpetual. The wealth which includes assets of comfort, happiness, time, relations and above all helping other. Developing others by playing as a role model. Rightly said by a great man “a seed not only germinates other seeds but it opens and develops into a tree also”

There are well proven systems, having quality to create successful people. All other things remaining same of above story except here all are working and enjoying together. The road map is carved so beautifully that it provides life and livings to all.

Where life and living is coming together, it is winning, winning together.

हर श्वास में विश्वास भर ले

टूटा अँधेरा भोर में, पंछियोँ के शोर में
चल करें स्वागत सूर्य का, बढ़े सपनों की ओर में

हो गया दूर तम अब, सब दृश्य उज्जवल हो गया
महकती हवा संदेश लाई, मिल गया इक दिवस नया

माँ सरस्वती की वंदना को, नन्हें कदम बढ़नें लगे
आने को है इक युग नया, यह अमृत कानों में भरनें लगे

"ह्रदय" अब अन्तर तक जग ले, रोम रोम में रोमांच भर ले
अबका सवेरा कुछ ख़ास होगा, हर श्वास में विश्वास भर ले.

आत्मा तो जल रही थी - शहीदों के नाम

रुक्सती में आखिरी ह्रदय किसको ढूंढ़ता हूँ,
आत्मा तो जल रही थी, अब तन से भी जल रहा हूँ

सोने को हूँ लम्बी रात में, आऊंगा उजली प्रभात में
जलती हुई चिता से, एक दिए को ढूंढ़ता हूँ
आत्मा तो जल रही थी....

बन चुका हूँ गंगधार, अब तो राख भी न बाकि
डर है न भूल जाओ, रहूँ चिंतन में सदा बाकि
रहूँ विचार बन के, वो मानस ढूंढ़ता हूँ

नम थी जलती आँखें, खामोश थे क्रोधी मुख सब
फिर बहक ना जायें, कदमों में विश्वास ढूंढ़ता हूँ

"ह्रदय" खुश हूँ की मिट गया हूँ, मिटा हूँ देश की खातिर
खुली हैं बंद होती निगाहें, निगाह है देश पर कोई शातिर
खड़े रहें जो अपने पैरों पर, वो तन मैं ढूंढ़ता हूँ
