All the creations of the world have been created with the combination of five elements. The elements are water, air, sky, land and fire. None of these can be questioned for their eternal power but yet to synergize and to create a powerful creation Human, they all have to come together as one. This synergy and all creations in this world are the message of God for a team work.
Team work is a right combination and power of different talents coming together as a team. This is bridging of gaps in talents of individuals, creating a 360 degree view of every thing; acting with complete knowledge and work in right direction. Changing paradigms and developing attitudes.
To build a strong team the most essential required ingredient is "a strong intention of the leader". A person who can do the imagineering, find and select a combination of right talent to form an organization or task team. Following are the other important ingredients:
Human First
Every individual is gifted with unique identity by the God. These identities carry strengths and weaknesses. Irrespective of both, one must be respected for being human, who he is. Respecting oneself is the first and foremost important ingredient for team work. Being all things present the absence of respecting individual loses the complete value. Those teams are the examples only, where individuals are being respected.
Talent
Talent is the in-build capacity of a person, on the land of which the different trees of responsibility can be planted. One must be selected for a particular talent, as a team everybody must acknowledge that talent of every individual and support him to develop the same. Nature provides everything with peels so as it is for good for human too. Every individual carry some strengthens and many lacking, and acceptance of both is the power of a team.
Recognize the Contribution
When there is a team, everybody must contribute and every contribution must be recognized. One must focus on the contribution of their team mate without comparing it with any other team player. In hard times the piggy bank of children is never sufficient but their offer of the same is good enough to drive a blocked flow of thoughts and actions.
Complete one cycle
Every year has its cycle of seasons. The nature expresses its beauty and pain through the changing seasons only. One cannot access any plant or tree by visualizing one season only. Human beings are also governed by the same rule. To build a good team one must share the good and bad time of individual as a team. This makes all the time good time. Astrology also says that every time there are some stars are in favourable and some are not. When we work together the strong stars or good time of one person supports the adverse of other, and this is team work.
